Wolfram K. Gauglitz

Wolfram will tell you that he loves technology startups and turnarounds, but  what he loves most is not having to explain why leaning back in his chair with  his feet on his desk is a critical part of the creative process. A BSEE/MBA  from Rensselaer, he spent his first years writing software for a living before  taking an interest in evaluating technologies for acquisition/investment. When  one of those investments led to a Silicon Valley experience, he immediately packed his bags and left everything that was comfortable behind – and has  been uncomfortable ever since.  

As the founder of picpocketlabs, Inc. and more recently the BANDED  ARMADILLO ROCK CLUB™, he and a small but talented team, have  established an early/broad IP portfolio around geofencing and AR and are  now working to apply/leverage these solutions in web3. Wolfram is passionate  about intellectual property, revenue models, company culture and strategy  and feels blessed to have hit every brick-wall possible as he’s bootstrapped  his way to revenue. With fifteen patent families to picpocketlabs’ credit, he is  considering getting “PICPOCKET®” tattooed on his chest and establishing a preserve for orphaned armadillos in the hills of Austin.
