Jessica Martin is currently the Chief Operating Officer for SPIN Companies, Co-founder of a fintech startup, and a consultant for the 23rd FL MMTC License. Jessica possesses an innate ability to see the big picture and develop creative solutions that achieve objectives. Her positive attitude and compassionate nature are assets in any workplace. Jessica is a highly driven and organized individual with a passion for helping others. 

She shows incredible leadership and decision making skills when faced with high pressure or high stress scenarios.

Jessica currently pursues her MBA while working full-time as a Chief Operating Officer for SPIN Companies. She has demonstrated her strengths in leading teams, fund-raising, marketing campaigns, social media management, and office management. She has also created and implemented systems and processes that have streamlined operations.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys volunteer work with Where Love Grows and Redefining Refuge. For her 30th birthday she organized a fundraising event to raise money for here Love Grows, which brought in over $5,000.
